There are likely 2 steps to loading fonts which you have downloaded from the internet. Step 1. Downloading and unzipping the font file, Step 2. Loading the actual font into your font folder on your computer.
1. Downloading Fonts
If you download a template, or any file, from the internet, it is very likely it will be compressed in a "ZIP" format. This makes files smaller, so they don't take as long to download onto your computer, but you will need to "de-compress" it before you can use the template contained inside.
There are FREE solutions to this issue.
If you use a PC, we recommend Free Unzip
If you use a Mac, we recommend Unarchiver
