I've never participated in a Webinar. How does it work?

A Webinar is a live webcast class that you participate in from your own computer.

When you register for any of our webinars, you will receive a registration link, click the registration link, or copy and paste into the address bar of your Internet browser, and register for the Webinar.

You join the Webinar at the scheduled time by clicking the "Join a Webinar" button or link in your confirmation email, which will be automatically sent to you after registering. You will be taken to a "meeting room" where you will join other participants and the speaker. You will watch and listen to the speaker on your own computer and can ask questions via a Q&A Chat area on the screen.

How/Where do I register?

The best way to register is at our website: http://www.graphicauthority.com/webinars or call Customer Service 888-856-7840 (9-3PM CST)

If you experience problems using your computer sound during the webinar, we suggest you switch to the telephone option and call in.
