Academic Discount
Graphic Authority extends a 40% discount to full-time students, teachers and schools. Ordering is easy, but to provide our professional products at such low prices, proof of academic status is required. Products are to be used for non-commercial work only. See below.
Students
You must send in ONE of the below for proof of class enrollment for the current year. Full-time student status, with a minimum of 12 credit hours, must be exhibited.
- School ID for the current year
- Class schedule with name & dates
- Payment receipt from the school
Teachers
- You must send in ONE of the below forms of proof.
- Letter from academic institution
- Current employment pay stub
- Current acadmeic ID
Schools
- Purchase Orders:
A Purchase Order (Net 30) is your proof of academic eligibility. Purchase orders may be emailed to orders@graphicauthority.com. - Personal Credit Card or Checks:
Credit card purchases are received through our website shopping cart using the special coupon code. When paying for a purchase with a personal credit card or check, you must send a signed Letter of Authorization on school letterhead. - Home School Programs:
Defined as a home-schooling program which provides K-12 education to a student or students and which is able to provide written proof that it either (i) belongs to a nationally-recognized home-schooling organization, or (ii) is expressly recognized by a local school district as an acceptable alternative to an accredited or state-recognized/approved educational institution.

Email a copy of your proof of status to orders@graphicauthority.com with your contact information and our customer service will provide instruction for ordering.

How long is your eligibility kept on file:
Academic verification is kept on file for 12 months. If you have received an order within the last 12 months, your eligibility is on file. Simply reply back to the eligibility email by typing ON FILE.
